PTFE  immersion heat exchanger; 1 structure type; using plastic (f4.f46.pfa.pp.pe) thin tubes, passing through multiple 

positioning plates, both ends are firmly welded with joints of the same material, coiled into u-shaped, w Type. L type, round 

type, etc. It is placed in a grid-type corrosion-resistant and temperature-resistant plastic (PP, PVc) protection frame, so that 

it is shaped, positioned, and solidified to form a heat exchange component.

Working principle: The heat exchange component is placed in the working medium, and steam (hot water, thermal oil) is passed 

into the tube bundle, and the solution is heated by heat exchange between the surface of the tube bundle and the solution to be 

heated. Refrigerant water (tap water, frozen water) is passed through the tube bundle, and the solution is cooled by heat exchange between the surface of the tube bundle and the solution to be cooled.

PTFE Heat Exchanger Product Features:

PTFE  Heat Exchanger application:

Heating or cooling of various corrosive media (liquid or gaseous);

Immersed heating, cooling, or both in a bath of various solutions (e.g. chrome bath)

Fluoroplastic tube bundle with PVc frame, suitable for strong oxidizing solution

PP, PE tube bundles are only suitable for cooling
