Operation instruction 

1. According to the installation diagram below, pipeline pressure limiting valve should be installed ≤ 0.4mpa.In order to prevent 

as a result that clog the pipeline system of impurities and scratch control plug, it should be installed filters which maintenance 

facilitated in front of the heat exchanger and install trap on exit.

2. Require the installation for multiple sets of product, it can install in parallel connection. Consideration should be given to concentrate 

for hours steam vapor or the slip as an independent system for the steam. Exhaust can also be in series, but is strictly prohibited connected to exit of metal heat exchanger so as to avoid walling up from exit and bursting from control of heat exchanger BAODA.

3. It should be deal with the production of the corresponding Product quarantine devices in order to prevent the process of the workpiece, plate injury control. We can processes protect devices for customers, or providing the protection of aircraft drawings to meet the customers’ requirement.

4. when the temperature is at 0°C below in winter, it must be clean out condensed water inside product that prevent freezing, resulting in the breakdown of control before factory’ holiday.
