1) Why using SS-310 silicon dioxide into plastic coatings?
Silicon dioxide, also called as silica quartz. This chemical material is widely used in plastic coating area. In plastic coatings, silicon dioxide
like our SS-310 silicon dioxide plays many improtant roles.
* SS-310 silicon dioxide can be used as enhancer by enhancing coatings' hardeness, strengthness and stability. It can also provide coatings'
heating resistance and electrical insulation. SS-310 silica is commonly added to polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene and other
thermoplastics.
* SS-310 silicon dioxide can also used as rheology modifiers to control coatings thickeness and flowing ability.
* SS-310 silicon dioxide can also used as Matting Agent for providing matte effect. SS-310 silicon dioxide is often used in water-based coating
like rheology modifiers.
