As we should know that matt hardener's main material is silicon dioxide. The main function of silicon dioxide in Paint Hardener

is used as filler and modifier. When the silica dioxide is added into curing coating, it can improve coating's hardeness and

heating resistance and at the same time, it can also improve the curing speed, hardeness, adhesion ability and performance

at low temperatures of coating.

Application and Performance

1. The major function of HL-701 is to enhance the anti-fouling performance for powder coating, and prevent the film crater from happening.

2. The general dosage of HL-701 varies from 0.5~1.5% by weight of total formulation according to different formulations required 

from customers.

3. HL-701 does not contain any silicone component, with no staining properties. It will not affect the recoating adhesiveness.

Package, Storage and Other Precautions

1. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. As this product is irritant to respiratory tract,

please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.

2. Package: 25 kgs/polyethylene-lined Kraft paper-plastic compound bag.

3. Validity will be 1 year under normal temperature. The Product can still be usable out of this period if inspection passed.
