What is the difference when we vanishing coating by matte or by satin in advertising film?

As we should know, matte vanish and satin vanish are totally the contrariety in coating's surface treatment type. Firstly we 

should talk about these two process types' original glossy value. Matte vanish means the glossy value is lower than 60% 

but higher than 10%. Satin vanish is composition of the matte vanish. Its light value is  higher than 60%.Secondly we should 

talk about the using results of these process types. When the coating is treated with matte vanished, it will not reflect the light 

but it will scatter light. It will keep the coating's original appearance but at the same it will also increase the light scattering 

situations.  When using satin vanished in coating, it can help to change the coating's original appearance of coating, so it is 

very suitable to used in wood coating which needs to process the wood with beautiful appearance. Choosing the vanish types 

of coating surface should follow the coating's final usages.

Is it necessary to create matte varnish with Silica Matting Agent in advertising film coating?

Silica Matting Agent belongs to synthetic silica. It means that our silica matting agent is made from different chemical materials 

but its main material is silicon dioxide.Silicon dioxide is a common substrate in chemical market. It is found mostly in quartz or 

sand. But original silicon dioxide has no any using worthy. It should be processed by chemical technologies to apply into different 

areas. Silica matting agent is also processed from silicon dioxide by changing its chemical parameters. Silica matting agent is 

designed for coating using. It is usually used as additive in coating. Normally, coating will perform as mirror state so it is easy to 

reflect the light and this forms a situation of vision attraction. But in daily life, too much light comes into our vision might create an

obstruction to us. Then it is necessary to make the coating become matte. 

Adding silica matting agent into coating can achieve this expected consideration. Silica matting agent will form a micro grade 

roughness surface of coating to decrease the coating's glossy value. When a beam of light is shining on the surface of coating, 

it will be scattered to everywhere but not to our vision only. Different types of silica matting agent with different chemical parameters 

can be chosen in different coating types. But adding silica matting agent in coating is necessary so as advertising film coating.
