1. 2. Adding silica in the separator can increase the pore size and the total amount of colloidal electrolyte. Effectively prevent electrolyte delamination, reduce corrosion rate and improve service life. Adding silica can improve the tensile strength of the separator and reduce the pore diameter of the separator; When the pressure on the partition is greater than 30kPa, the liquid absorption of the partition added with silica exceeds that of the pure glass wool partition;
3. The secondary lithium battery separator made by adding silicon dioxide into the composite polymer has high liquid absorption, conductivity and toughness. The electrolyte absorption rate is 184.4%, the room temperature conductivity is 1.20mS/cm, and the elongation at break is 163%. 6. The conductivity of P (VDF-HFP) - based microporous polymer electrolytes can be improved by adding silica in situ.
7. Silica particles can absorb the water in the liquid electrolyte and reduce the interface reaction.
8. By adding Silica Powder into polymer lithium battery, the microstructure, mechanical and electrical properties of electrolyte membrane can be greatly improved, so that the electrolyte membrane has good conductivity and mechanical strength.
